How does booking a tour from Hurghada work?
Select your tour from the dropdown, choose a date and enter the number of adults and children. Click Book & pay securely to go directly to our checkout. Pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. After payment you receive a confirmation email with all tour details and your pick-up time.
Is hotel pick-up from my Hurghada hotel included?
Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off is included in all our tours. After your booking is confirmed we send you the exact pick-up time based on your hotel location in Hurghada. Our driver meets you in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. You do not need to arrange your own transport.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All payments are processed securely online via our WooCommerce checkout. You receive a payment confirmation and booking confirmation by email immediately after payment.
Are the tours suitable for children and families?
Yes. Our guides are experienced with families and young children. Most tours are suitable for children from age 4 and up. The tour detail page shows the minimum age where applicable. Children under 12 travel at a reduced price on most tours.
Can I cancel or reschedule my tour booking?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your tour departure. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to cancel or reschedule. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund.
What is included in the tour price?
All our tours include hotel pick-up and drop-off from Hurghada, an English speaking licensed guide and transport. Entrance fees are included unless stated otherwise on the tour page. Drinks, tips and personal expenses are not included.
Can I book a private tour from Hurghada?
Yes. We offer private tours to Cairo, Luxor, El Gouna and the Eastern Desert for individuals, couples and families. Private tours give you full flexibility over timing and itinerary. Contact us via WhatsApp for availability and pricing before booking.
How far in advance should I book my tour?
We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to guarantee your spot, especially during peak season (October to April). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us via WhatsApp to check availability for tomorrow or the same week.
